How To Draw A Face Step By Step

One thing I want you to know is that I actually got this course, most people write reviews based on what others write all over the net, some even lie but I have the course on my hard disk (I copied it on my cell phone as well, you never know when you might need it), so everything I say comes from my PERSONAL experience with the product.

Back to the drawing course. First of all when you order you will get a step by step guide on how to draw a face, divided into 5 lessons:

First lesson – How To Draw A Realistic Eye Like A Master

In this module Christopher is talking about drawing the eye, obviously. The book starts out with basic information about the eye- upper and lower eyelid, iris, pupil, tear duct.

Next you will see what tools you need to draw it, what types of pencil, eraser etc.

Once you are familiar with basics and equipped with the right tools the lesson starts. It is really a step by step approach, so Christopher will guide you and showing you how to draw each part of the eye, resulting in a stunning outcome.

Second Lesson – How To Draw A Realistic Nose Like A Master

This lesson starts with the basic parts of the nose and it`s position and relation with others parts of the face. Again you will be equipped with the right tools for the job and an in depth guide on how to draw it. I must say I was surprised with all the details and sections that require attention. Drawing a nose is not as easy as I thought.

Third Lesson – How To Draw Realistic Mouth And Teeth Like A Master

This pdf is a little shorter, has 26 pages in total. It starts out with some good points on commonly made mistakes in regards to drawing a realistic mount and teeth. I can see why we need all the different types of pencils, cause this is a delicate part of the face and drawing it is pretty delicate as well.

Lesson Four –   How To Draw A Realistic Ear Like A Master

Right from the start Chris reflects on the importance of drawing a realistic ear, he says a lot of artists thing that ear is not that important but if you want to draw a proper, realistic face you need to master drawing all of it`s parts.

Again we are presented with the basic, anatomical information. Ear parts – helix, antihelix, tragus, concha and lobule. Now I actually posses some medical knowledge but it you don`t this is a nice addition to the drawing course, you will learn a little about your body as well.

Lesson Five – How To Draw Realistic Hair Like A Master

Now this is the favorite lesson of mine. The first time I saw Christopher`s hair drawing I was blown away. I tell you, I never thought that level of detail and realism is possible. And using this guide I learned how to draw it myself. Thank you Chris!

Final Words

I haven`t really planned this long review and I am sorry if I took away lot of your time but I think this guide deserved even more. This product is my warm recommendation and it is certainly worth every penny.

Drawing realistic faces step by step – With Christopher Sia it is a child`s play

Today i decided to write a post about Christopher Sia, the guy whose amazing drawing skills helped thousands and will continue to help in many years to come.

Who is Christopher Sia, you might be wondering. Well i can say he is one of the most gifted people i have encountered over the years, he is a specialist in drawing realistic faces and people and he was so kind to pass on his incredible knowledge to others in a form of a simple, step by step method i talk about in this post – How to draw a face step by step.  He called it Realistic Pencil Portrait Mastery.

But as i started to dig deeper i realized he had to work and work hard in order to advance and improve his drawing skills. I`ve talked to him recently, he is a very pleasant guy and i must say a little modest.

He says he wasn`t that gifted artist in the beginning of his career. I think there was always a spark of talent in him he ignited it with hard work and dedication. His amazing artistic accomplishments should serve as a lesson to all of us, if you put in the work, dedication and effort there will be results.

Practice makes it perfect, as Mr. Christopher says. He spent many months practicing and experimenting until he cracked the code, code he is willing to share with all of us. I know there is a lot of BS today at the market so i wanted to investigate and dig in deeper to see what was he talking about.

I purchased the product and did an in depth analysis and i must say i was blown away. And i advise you to read my review which you can find here – How To Draw A Face Step By Step

We All Love To Draw Don`t We

We all love to draw don’t we? Just some are better and some are worse. Up until now i though it was only a matter of gift. Like my roommate for example, he is a gifted artist for sure and i just love looking at his drawings and paintings and thinking to myself “i could never do this, i don’t have the gift”. But i recently came across many books and authors stating that drawing is not so much result of a gift but of a long period of time. Time filled with trial and errors, sweat and frustration that eventually provides a great piece of art.

Buy my interest in art didn’t start with famous painting and works of art. No, i became intrigued by those face caricatures. How do those people depict such realistic but at the same time funny portraits and caricatures. Mind you that i was still a kid back then and it was pretty easy to get my attention, lol.

But today i am not different i have to say. Whenever i see a street “artist” making portraits, face caricatures or lovely landscapes i always drop by and take a good look. I enjoy the creativity and skill that provide such beautiful pictures.

But the reason i made this site and am writing these posts is because i am inspired by a course by a guy called Christopher Sia. I tell you that guy is the master when it comes to drawing faces and depicting them realistically. You can read more about it here – Draw A Face
